General Policies
** MODIFYING APPOINTMENTS **
All changes or modifications to appointments must be made at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment. Click on your appointment and select "Edit Appointment" in the BLUE box at the bottom of the appointment window to modify or change the day/time or add additional information about your course or academic needs. You must email the Ancell Commons Coordinator at budnicke@wcsu.edu to make any last minute changes to your appointment.
** CANCELING APPOINTMENTS **
You MUST cancel 1 hour before your appointment’s start time. Otherwise, you will be marked as a No-Show. To cancel an appointment, click on your appointment and select "Cancel Appointment" in the RED box at the bottom of the appointment window.
** NO SHOW POLICY **
Students who receive three No-Shows or repeated cancelations will have their accounts disabled and will be unable to make additional tutoring appointments until speaking with the Ancell Commons’ Coordinator.

** IMPORTANT REMINDERS **
* Schedule rotation starts on Sunday. The schedule will show the current day of the week at the top of the schedule
* The Ancell Commons is closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
* All appointments must be made 1 hour prior to the desired appointment time. This is to allow adequate notice to tutors so that they can be prepared for their sessions.
